To be absolutely honest, you don't need the Flash in your site.  What you're trying to do can be done with CSS as far as the navigation goes.

Other than that I found your site to personally be bland.  It didn't offer much.  Perhaps that's what you were going for, but nothing really caught my eye.  I wasn't pulled in to your site.  Don't know what type of site you're going for, but I wasn't personally drawn in to it.

More visual effects or dissonance between colors would be good.  Make the eyes travel over the page.  It seems a little too dark.  Nice work with the DIVs though.
