Well...
I like the loop.  Maybe the welcome timing's a little slow....
I despise the font.  The menu's not clear.  
I really do like the gradients @ right.  I think you could build a very intreguing site them around it. for the free hosting service, you might consider changing

'If you're looking for technical support on your free account, consult our FAQ for information on available service options.'

You could even consider adding a support email address in your FAQ with an indeterminate time to respond.  Then just check the account whenever you feel like it (or bored) and respond accordingly.
