Tree & List components

Hi Guys!
   how can i skin the components in such a way that, i can show different bsae color for alternate lines of a List component or datagird components(for a general idea about what i am talking, have a look at any breeze's meeting or webcast, in which they have added the list of users in a list component in such a way that the alternate lines have same colors & middle lines have some other color)
    Also, can i use cellrenderers with tree components.

Since the tree inherits from List, you can use a CellRenderer in both components.
