The first problem you'll have is that the SWF is located on Geocities, Geocities does not allow for any type of server side scripting so you'll probably have to find a different server.  Then hopefully you can follow the ecards tutorial and modify it enough so that it is just sending out this one card instead of all the others.  If you need specific help on that let me know.
