system visualizes cam selecting user (with cam) from peoplelist . 
I look for help or programmer (with payment of the job to develop changes) 
to modify dbchat.

why don't you use the private chat tutorial from this site http://www.flash-db.com/Tutorials/privchat/ By: Jorge Solis. it can easily modified and will allow your users to select a user to video chat with (subject to the user accepting)  another example can be seen here http://www.mr-webcam.co.uk look for the instant messenger on the home page
