I'm having a little problem with my e-card experiment. I'm trying to create a custom ecard maker where you can change colors, graphics, sounds, etc...

I'm using Jeff's Ecard tutorial and tweaking it out. Most of the coding is there, but I added some other functionality. Right now, I have the main movie and you click the customize button. This loads an external movie on Level 10. You have a choice of 2 colors. Say you choose green, it records that in a variable called "color". Then you would click the send button. It writes the text file through the PHP, but the "color" variable is empty. I'm still a little unsure about local and global variables. I've been using Object.prototype.color in attempts to pass my variable from movie to movie. Any help would be appreciated.
