Direction needed with circle Project.

Ok this is my first post so be gentle.

I'm starting a project where I want a circle and dynamic words to "float' randomly inside the circle.
I want to add up to 100 of these words in the circle.

What I'm going to do is have php dynamically change the words in the circle. The php part I'm good on, I can implement writing to a flash variable text file easily. but the scripting and animating for the circle I am completely lost. 

I don't know to much about flash so if there is any direction someone can point me in it would help.

I am also thinking about hiring a freelance "Flasher" to do this for me because doing it myself might take to long and not look good at all. If any one has a price range they think it would cost would also help.
