contact form checkbox tutorial for PHP + AS3

Hello again. I have seen references in the forums to great tutorials on FLASH-DB, but I must be a real plonker because I can't find them! Having now got my contact form up and running thanks to the help of Ronald Vernecke, I am now looking for a tutorial which will teach me how to code contact form radio buttons or checkboxes in AS3 and PHP. As always, your help will be invaluable and very much appreciated. Thanks a lot, Glen.

If you have a look into the logo bar of this site, you will find a "Tutorial Index" Button

There you'll find lots of tutorials for all kinds of operations.
Be aware of the different versions they are based upon.

The most important tutorials are the loading and saving tutorials, because the give you the basic handling.

Checkbox and radio have extra attributes, you have to check for.
With radio, there might be a radio group
