PHP is a scripting language originally designed for producing dynamic web pages. It has evolved to include a command line interface capability and can be used in standalone graphical applications. PHP is good because you can store members and member details into databases, with the help of PHP you can call this information and create hundreds, thousands or even millions of dynamic pages in seconds.

PHP is a reflective programming language originally designed for producing dynamic web pages. PHP is mainly used in server-side scripting, but can be used from a command line interface or in standalone graphical applications.

Currently, two major versions of PHP are being actively developed: 5.x and 4.4.x. PHP is a widely-used general-purpose scripting language that is especially suited for Web development and can be embedded into HTML.

PHP programming which had a humble beginning has now turned to be a major player in software development. It was successful in launching fast and simple scripting language that could work seamlessly with many other components.
