I would like to show a transparent talking spokesperson over my web page. I shot video with transparent (greenscreen) backround, but cannot find a successful way to export flv or swf files with the alpha channel deinterlaced.
I would like to make it available for flash 9 or 10.
Am I missing something obvious?

You should use some software to add the alpha channel, tipically After Effects or Sorenson Squeeze allow you to export as FLV with alpha channel while selecting the color to hide
