CSS weird Display changing source HUwaaaa T.T

Hello please2 help me,,

this is really2 weird, and really huhuh

first that success and the CSS worked,

then i just change the source about my skin

then its going crazy like this :



I dont know why, it sometimes looks good, but sometimes like the picture above..
I JUST change the source, and the source file is really2 same .png but JUST the different color

I changed that by the Hue Color in Photoshop..

Why??
