I'm currently keeping all my flex projects in a dropbox folder (though considering changing to alternative with multiple folder support) as I'm continuously working on different computers.

Since my AS libraries doesn't have the exact same path on the different machines, I have to change the path in the projects I like to work on every time I switch computer.

Is there a way to get around this, or can you suggest alternative methods?

why your AS libraries have different path name? cause you are using different operative system ?

I use SVN or Git for all my projects so i clone all the content between linux, pc or mac. But with this way it wont resolved each system path between each computer.
In reality .flexproperties files are not versioned, and i must have my own flex properties file on each environment.

For my opinion, i suggest you to make  a core project with all your classes and compile it to swc.
Its more portable than a global class path.
