I am using twitter api from flex. I do the correct loading of the policyfile of twitter api from actionscript and also added to my compiler setting =

Quote
-use-network=false

but if i give a look at the crossdomain xml. I just see that twitter dont allow loading from any source. so i have play with a proxy file. but twitter detect also this solution.

http://api.twitter.com/crossdomain.xml

any ideas?

this would mean, you have to place a crossdomain-file at twitter.com - if they let you do this?

Just reading a message from Twitter Engineer Raffi Krikorian on
Twitter Development Talk Google Groups, that they have restricted access to all exernal domains on twitter API.

So Flash site and Flash Widget can load Data only from search.twitter.com domain. Iam now waiting for a change from part of twitter politics, cause i was trying to load TwitterLists from Twitter api.

if somebody experience the same situation. please tell me.
