Very kewl site.

nice color and 3d animated "background" at portfolio is awesome.

text scrollbars are kinda weirds..take's time to get into it..  Undecided

may be you would change the "OR DOWNLOAD CV FOR QUICK VIEWING", the mailto: link to a feedback page, using flash & sendmailer .. Wink

hi ya,
Thank you all for your feedback.  I'm sorry but im not too keen on giving up my preloader, but there are tons about on flashkit.com.  I'm not quite sure what u meant by remove the last frame of my preloader?

All the spaceships load in on seperate swf's to make it all smaller Wink

ur spaceship animation is a lil jerky...

so it means ur first and last frames have same kinda object... if u r not including jerks intentionally..

just try to remove ur last fram of the spaceship animation and test ur movie.. and u will understand what i mean ..

hi there,
im interested in your help, but im still unsure what you mean.  There are about 5 spaceships on the portfolio page and about 3-4 on the 'cv' page.  The reason why they might look a lil jerky, is becasue they have been 'optimzed' using optimaze!
Im sure you've heard of it, that prog that reduces swf files.....

cheers

em talking about the animation which is under the caption  CLICK TO ENTER

i think its not that much heavy to produce jerks...

there is duplication of object...

check all of ur frames of that animation...

there must be some duplications....

most possible is that ur first and last frames have same kind of object...

just try it...

if u think its coz of heavy file... then i think nop... what could be the max size... 200KB ... it shouldent effect like that...

em sure there is a duplication...

just watch ur frames carefully... and u will understand...

when u produce a 3D animation lets say u used Swift3D...
lets say u have an animation of 20 frames.. on frame one.. ur object is at
0x by 0y
on frame 10 its at 100x by 100y
on frame 20 its again at 0x by 0y

this wil looks cool when u run it with in that software...

but there is  an duplication...

c ur frame 1 and 20 are producing the same position .. that is.. 0x by 0y..

i think u got what i mean ..

GOOD LUCK.. and nice work,...

yeah i know what you mean...
Its when i exported it, i didn't export every frame i did like every 3rd frame.  When it comes to loop it slightly repeats one frame which means it doesn't spin seamlessly, i've played with it abit and its a bit better now.  You'll need to empty your cache though to see update...

cheers
