Since I been moderatord here in Flash-Db and been very thankfully to this community, sometimes I get sad because of ad's.

I feel them as spam / unnecessary behaving. Maybe it's just about the how we do advertising in boards / chats here in Finland. So blame my roots

Im still setting the "rules" for this.. Till I & other Admins find "the right way", I'll do "hardcore" moderating what comes to ad's.

Hey Vesa,
nothing to blame you.
Comercials are important to let you know about new things.
Everybody can decide if this info is valuable or not.
But I think we did the right thing. We have an extra corner for it.
What bothered me, was: if i see a message in a section, I think there is somebody needing help. And then I'm propably waisting time to read commecials, when I'm not ready to do it.
I know, I will read in thes section frequently, but not as often as in the other sections.
If I read in this section, I know, nobody expects answers.

Hey Ronald this section bothers you because you are awared of forthcoming or new products or jobs. But I think a newbe in flash would prefer to know about the new things rather than answering question on the board....

I beleive, that this section is important. But it is important too, that it is a own section.

i recon ad's are ok, as mentioned.. they let us know whats new etc...

but puting them in the wrong places isnt correct

i have a hotmail account and every day i have to delete like 20 spam mails
(I DONT EVEN LOOK AT THEM) so whats the point...

i mean if u see an add on a webpage and u recon its interesting u rather go to look
than if u get a bloody spam mail....

ALSO, and this is one of the main reasons why i hate it...

lets say little timmy (8years old) has an email account on his daddys pc.
he uses it to stay in contact with his friends.
BUT suddenly he gets a mail where he sees a horse fuckin a guy up his @$$....
or 10 dudes cummin on a blonde....

NOW CAN SUM ONE TELL ME HOW U WANT TO EXPLAIN THIS TO LITTLE TIMMY?!

Dont worry, you are right.
Commercial exactly means this. You are allowed to advertise your service, or present other commercial material, as long as you present it here in the commercial corner.

Video spammers really works a lot ... new users every week posting the same with different titles ... is a shame having only video tools adds ... but that the rules of the game

With a new platform, we propably could change something.
Something making it more attractive for commercial offers, but as well for users searching help.

Also when someone put messages with a sign offering Rental Property Management services, is something that bothered me, and at that point, I begin to think that probably is a spammer, and probably deserves his account to be deleted
