Hi everybody!
I'm not into flash programming, so i apologize by now if i will badly explain what i'm trying to do... i hope you can help me anyway! ;-)
I have a racing game Flash movie. As you click on a "start" button, the race starts and in the end you'll have a winner! (very easy until now)
Good!
I would know if it's possible to record, possibly on an Access DB, the total winnings for each racer. Then this total number will be extracted from the DB through an ASP page in order to have a winning table with all victories for each racer.
Imagine ten racers of different colors, one red, one blue, etc...
The red racer wins, the DB field "red_victories" on the DB "victories" increments the value "1", then "2", and so on...
After that i take the total number of victories through an ASP page.
I know, i explain as hell, but i hope it's clear enough...
Please consider that, as a racer wins, a proper phrase appears ("The Red Wins"), so maybe we can tie to this event to record the data on the DB.. or you necessarily need an input by the user? I would like to make this automatically...

Is all this possible? Is there an example script somewhere?
Thanks for now, i hope you can help me! ;-)
