My name is Keith Kalish, owner of BizLancers.com , where we have freelancers, who possess skills across the programming spectrum, including the ones that you list in you  message posting, waiting to bid on projects such as yours.
I was hoping you would visit our site and take a look at how we can help you fill your freelancing needs.
Our site works as follows: Businesses, or as we call them on our site, "Project Managers", post projects on our site, for FREE, and our Freelancers bid on them .
Our costs are purposely lower than our competitor's, i.e we charge the lowest commssions on completed projects, 3%, others are charging from 5% to 10% per completed project.
I hope you will come and visit our site and register as a project manager, we just launched in October and are adding new Freelancers and Project Managers daily.

A little background on us: We are a group of local, Connecticut based, independent web developers, IT analysts, graphic designers...who have been working on the internet since the early 1990's, that have banded together our talents and skills to create this site.
