my flash player for internet explorer is not working.......what should i do???

What's the actual problem?
Check out your current flash player version.
There was a new Flash Player released not long ago and there's already some content out there that requires it, so try updating it (if you're a developer, download the flash player debugger).
And my last advice is, use a different browser! Grin

first uninstall previous version and then re install the program and installing the latest version will be much better.........
