I can not get the result but I get "_level10.result".
I want to know why.

For those interested.  We recently started a project with a few other developers to port the amf-php project to Java.  It is called OpenAMF for Java.  The Open AMF Project aims to provide a free open-source alternative to MM's Java Flash Remoting.

http://www.openamf.org

It is going very well.  We already have a few contributors and downloadable examples with working code.

Have a look......

this part of the discussion is really old and no doubt confuses those who are new to AMF.  would anyone have a problem if i deleted this thread?

Hey Ev,

If possible can you leave this thread up.  It's sort of like the 'history' of flash remoting for php.  "The thread that started it all".  I agree that most of the info is really outdated.  But it should be preserved for the future.  Maybe we should make a big Bold Note on the first thread that this is out of date - but great for some historic background info on php remoting for flash...

Maybe we should lock it though - anyone want to do the honors...

Thanks.  -Jeff.

Anybody who already checked out http://ghostwire.com/ with their 'PHPObject' (an alternative to Flash Remoting for PHP developers) project?
