Welcome to Flash-DB Board,

Here's a Guideline for Posting a questions to this Forum. It takes one minute to read this, so I hope you continue.

First of all, please take a time for a put a subject to a message. "None" subjects are pain in butt, it takes 5 minutes to delete posts without subjects. That five minutes would be used to answer the questions.

Second thing is that please spend 30 seconds to search from a a Message Board. It CAN be possible that 50 others have asked same question before YOU.

Third thing is that please be specif with your questions. Just a "help plzzzzzz this doesn't work" doesn't give a much to Helpers. And CAPS LOCK won't give shorter delivery time, sorry.

So there is three things to "remember" before posting. Reading and following this "Guideline" took the 60 seconds for you - and to use this, it may take 60 seconds longer to write a post, but after all, it will come back with better advices.

"I'm not your father man, be your own man, stand on your own two,
I believe in you, believe in yourself.."

Thanks Vesa, it had to be said.
Another hint from me:

If you write: my code is not working, it is helpful to insert the code.
If something is not working on a server, it is good to know if you are running the server yourself, under which OS is the server running and as many info as possible around the problem.

Sometimes problems arise from something you dont think of. Wink

I think its a good thing that when you post a question and found the answer yourself to post the answer and not to just say "I found my error"

Yeah. Thats a good idea. I would suggest we make that a law here? Because even if users browse the board for the question using search, and find the topic which says "I found my error"... What will we expect from the user than to start his own topic?

about choosing a subject. There's no idea to write "Help: Question about <your problem>", instead  you would just choose "<your problem> +<short description, if possible>". So it gives a idea what's going on first look and help indexing this site to our own search engine & Google.
