Anyone know of any conflicts with OS 9.x machines running newer versions of Explorer/Netscape having trouble loading an XML file?

It works great on OS X and all Windows platforms, but some users are experiencing major bugs - i.e. the dynamic text fields aren't being populated at all (or even showing up for that matter) or it freezes Explorer. I have read some of the Macromedia lit on this and it doesn't seem to connect with the problems I am having. - no shared libraries, etc... The only seemingly useful documentation seems to be to uninstall/reinstall the MX Player.

Any suggestions?
