PHP to ASP conversion

This is really crappy, but I have to try to convert this samplefro PHP to ASP. Eventhough my hosting providers suppports both, one one can be supported at a time since ASP supportis on one server and PHP support is on another. Therefore, I was hoping I could get a sample of what the PHP text file would look like so I can find a way to know how to store the data in a text file in ASP. If anyone has done this in ASP, and would like to help, that would be awesome
