data grid - label formatter help needed !

Hello,

I tried to pull some information from a web service into a data grid. That works perfect using a "web service connector", a "data set" and a "data grid".  

But I have some problems:

a) the fields of the web service call show up arbitrarily in the data grid; i.e. the outer right field is on the left side of the data grid; the rest of the fields seems to be a little mixed up; but they all appear in the data grid

b) when I use a "rearrange field " formatter and put some "label='<field1> <field2>' into it, the data grid stays empty though the web service call returns values into the data set; if I leave the formatter to "none" then all fields appear arbitrarily mixed in the data grid

What formatting should I use to make the "field5" apper left and the "field7" appear right of the data grid, while the rest of the data set elements are hidden ?
