How do u change the permission on the guestbook.txt file - i run my own web server and have no ftp program - help!

Is your server  Windows or Unix Based?

What server are you running  - IIS, PWS, Apache?

Usually you don't have to change permissions if you are running it locally on a windows machine under apache.

s'ok, i sorted it now, working fine, i changed the wrong thing on one of those bloody big files!  (its apache on windows)
