I am new to mysql and PHP
I have created a database in mysql and I am familiar with mysql and phpmyadmin.

I am looking for a tutorial that would explain

1. Creating a html form or swf to add data to the database.
2. Creating a html form or swf to query the database.
3. Creating an html or swf that shows the results of the query.
(note: I only need to query one field, but need results from all database fields)

Thanks,

Any help would be appreciated.
