Could be a *.zip file stored in a mysql database? I wont to create a page where users upload their *.zip files...

it can...
You could also store a file name only in the database and keep the file...
Actually there are sometimes discussions on which one is the better way, but it depends on your hosting company: if your plan has 100 MB of file space and 5 MB of database space, you should not sacrifice the database space for holding filess
