poll application: phpmyadmin?

I dl phpmyadmin, but I can't find the correct file for the sql-database. Did anyone experience the same problem? I plan to use this poll as an easy <one question> poll. does anyone have another poll app thats serves this demand?

Do u mean this Flash-Db Poll "App" or something else?

And what file u can't find

yes I mean this poll.
in the install.txt it says that there has to be done a change to the pollsql.txt - file by starting PHPmyadmin and copying the text into it. I really don't understand what this exactly means since PHPmyadmin ust offers a bunch of PHP-scripts, and I seem to be unable to find the right one.
sorry again, I' m a real newbie when it comes to mySQL and PHP stuff.

Look for this at the bottom of any table layout:
-Insert data from a textfile into table

Then choose SQLPoll.txt (file browser will "pop-up" and you can look for your computer) and it's done.
