Flash Communication Server Sample applications

Hello
I have installed flash communication server 1.5 and I find that there are many useful sample applications included.

I am looking at the Sample Broadcast application and it says that there is a Question and Answer mode which I am trying to activate.

All of the Q&A mode seems to be commented out but I do not understand the logic.

Has anyone been able to make this applicaton work properly?

Hi alan, welcome to the Boards !

Open sample_broadcast_speaker.html (samples folder) to see the speaker interface, open sample_broadcast.html to see the user interface.

Yes I know that and have done that, but the Question and Answer mode does not even appear, and I cant find a way to activate it.

Your FlashCom server should be running. You can login into the Admin Panel and check there for errors. Look in the Help.

Did this ever start working?  I am receiving no errors in the Admin console, the problem is that the Q/A portion of the broadcast sample app is not visible.

I know that the "speaker" page requires ?speakerMode=1 to follow the init of the flash page (on the html page), but I can't seem to figure out the way to make the Q/A part visible.

Everything else works perfectly, just can't see the q/a fields and buttons.  Any more help would be great.

The same here. Since the example use embeded video instead of AVPresence components, probably it fails with FP7. I tried republiching for FP7 whitout look. Also probably FlashComm components shlud be updated in the example (new components at http://www.macromedia.com/support/flashcom/downloads_updaters.html )
