I had originally had the header and navigation in flash but it overall slowed down the performance of the sites scrolling etc...

Any pros/cons on general layout/graphics/css/etc... would be greatly appreciated.

mainmenu isn't useful, i had to "guess" what's on tabs..

With IE6 and google bar installed:
- popup blocked
- JS Error on Page - object required - line 39, char 9 on the main page

Design is good, may be Vesa uses a different browser - so your menu isn't cross browser, you should look into making it and testing it via all possible browsers,

The main menu on the left is done in CSS, as the menu on bottom of every page is Javascript generated via external *.JS file (which also loads cycling banner)
