I like the loop. Maybe the welcome timing's a little slow....
I despise the font. The menu's not clear.
I really do like the gradients @ right. I think you could build a very intreguing site them around it. for the free hosting service, you might consider changing

You could even consider adding a support email address in your FAQ with an indeterminate time to respond. Then just check the account whenever you feel like it (or bored) and respond accordingly.
