guestbook ver1-help. not working inside empty mc

I had everything working untill I had the GB load into a empty mc.
New entrys are not shown immediately but ARE shown when the GB is reloaded.
Also, the show next 10 and previous ten are not working.

Like I said, everything was great untill I had the guestbook load into an empty Movie Clip
(for ease of positioning).
Any help out here?

Got it thanks to this guy:

The variables have to be preceded by an absolute path to the mc containing the guestbook. For example:
"&_root.boardholder.board.Totals=$NumEntries&_root.boardholder.board.NumLow=$NumLow&_root.boardholder.board.NumHigh=$NumHigh&_root.boardholder.board.GuestBook=";

At least for my Guestbook to work.
