External Viewing of a Flash Comm movie
    « on: 07/28/05, 06:56 »
    Hi All

My problem seems to be that I cant seem to view my Flashcom stuff - externally i.e. in dialup or broadband but it seems to work if I view it internally i.e. the companys intranet

I cant seem to see the samples etc...

    My url is rtmp://www.goalsci.com/elsastuff  or
My url is rtmp:\\www.goalsci.com/elsastuff (cant remember the whether its forward slash or backslash)

what is wrong with the server or the url??

    regards

    Nick

    The uri should be  rtmp://www.goalsci.com/elsastuff
Ask your company Admin if PORT 1935 is usable, probably a firewall is blocking hight ports

    Hi Jorge

The firewall and the ports are a success - 1935 etc...

Could it be anything else - any files on the server side I can use??

    regards

    Nick

First check if it's a FlashCom thing or a network thing ... can you access normal page at desired domain, is the FlashCom server running on the same server?
