Centering question

This is possibly the most simple question I have asked on here, how do you get your flash movie to appear dead centre of the html page no matter what size the browser is? I have tried putting it into a table using the align and valign commands, however, it always seems to appear near the top.
Thanks

You could always try and use a div and CSS to center it:
<div style="padding: 0; margin: 30% 40%;">
<!-- Macromedia Flash Object Tags Here -->
</div>
Obviously it will take some tweaking and such, but that gets you close.
