Hello all... here I wondered whether it were possible that my Web page can have an image in bottom of screen which takes all the height and all the width of the page with my animation flash over...

you can try put it as background in your Flash movie (Fla) or put some CSS-code to your HTML (Web page)

you can do that by publishing your flash movie,
If you use flash MX 2004 or higher (maybe even lower):
open the publish settings preference box
open the HTML tab
under dimensions select "percent" and fill in the width and height with 100
press the publish button and and open the html file of your flash movie, it should be in the same folder as your flash movie
