What does this web service do?

Hey Jorge,
I am hoping you will see this, beacause I am sure you are the person that possess the answer.  I was going through some stuff for phpObject and round a reference to a web service on their site.....

The last one on the page is a reference to a web service on our server and I would like to know what that service does.

It's part of a tool that Jeff did for inspecting other Webservices ... since the services folder is disabled (many connnections comes from outside to use this services) currently is not running.

Yea I know the services are disabled.  I have seen many links on other websites listing some of our webservices.  It is disappointing to not be able to have them running, but I couldn't see a way to avoid abuse and overuse.
