Modifying ecard tutorial for single card only... experiencing problems.

I'm not exactly what you'd call a Flash conoisseur, but I've been playing around.  I've tried to adapt the ecard tutorial from this site for my needs but I'm having problems.  The idea is to skip the part where you select one of 6 cards, and skip directly to the inputting of the contact/message info.  I thought I had it all taken care of, but when I try to "submit" or send the card, nothing happens... No error, nothing.  I've tried to debug it, but it shows nothing.  You can see what I mean here: www.deepwaterchurch.com/media.
The source files are found at www.deepwaterchurch.com/media/evite/ecards.fla (the "main" jump off point), www.deepwaterchurch.com/media/evite/evite.fla (the one and only "ecard", replaces "Ecard1.swf, Ecard2.swf, etc.), www.deepwaterchurch.com/media/evite/SelectCard.php, www.deepwaterchurch.com/media/evite/SendCard.php, and www.deepwaterchurch.com/media/evite/dbText (which I have changed permissions appropriately).  Any ideas?   I'd REALLY appreciate the help; it's probably a simple fix I'm overlooking that someone with a hint of flash skill could pick out in a minute.  Thanks.
