    utf conversion not working

    Hello,
    I found this functions http://iki.fi/hsivonen/php-utf8/ for converting letters to unicode code point. I tried it on my php 5 and it does not work. Can somebody check it out on their side and tell me how to use the functions properly?

    I dont get errors I just get Decimal code points instead of Hexadecimal code points
