Guestbook V.1...Help removing text areas

Hi all....I've had great sucess with the Version 1 of the guestbook over the years so thanks to whoever helped me configure it way back then....Had a lot of trouble with version 2 due to SQL issue..(i'm not great at stuff like that)...Anyways....

I would like to remove the text areas for "EMAIL" and "WEBSITE"....I have very little knowledge of PHP and moderate action script skills...I've would just like my guests to be abe to post their names and leave a comment.....Could anyone help woth this is simple terms please?.....Most of what i do with flash is an epic cut and paste event....Although possibly after an million trys i get it sometimes....But the PHP scripting confuses me too much to be able to do this...

What about just deleting the textfields? Give you some error? (fields on database should not be mandatory)
