Add link in xml file

Hello there! I'm not a professional webdesigner. I'm just a student who have to do a project and a part of it is to create a site. I'm using the WYSIWYG flash website editor - fancy plus website and my problem is that a can't insert an extern URL to a page. From what I discovered, I can say that this program is using the XML version. 1.0 and the codes are:

the link I want to insert is "https://spreadsheets.google.com/viewform?formkey=dDN2YVdnS0RncV9KWVY5bEVPWVhmWVE6MQ"  please help... :s

Probably is not so popular,specially to people familiar with Flash as themain IDE ... what's WYSIWYG flash website editor? URL?

so it's a software called "what you see is what you get", it's dedicated to people that have no knowledge about creating websites. so when I try to insert a link or a URL , its the same thing i guess but i wanted to say that i want to add a extern link in my webpage using the xml file. so how can i do this ?

Sorry, I don't know this software, for WYSIWYG editor I use Flash itself
