video begins with a message "On March 1, LMFAO slipped into comas after excessive party rocking. The next morning, their single 'Party Rock Anthem' was released to the world. 28 days later…". It seems that the video is a video parody of the 2002 film 28 Days Later. The video continues with LMFAO's two members Redfoo and Skyblu left in a deserted hospital, awakening from their coma and walk into an abandoned street in an unknown city, where their song has caused people to turn into non-stop dancing zombies. The uncontrollable dance they are dancing called 'Shufflin', which is created by song. To survive in the country, Redfoo and Skyblu have to pretend that they're one of the shuffling infected zombies.
