Building a connecton (as2;ftp;php)

hello

what i want is to connect and / write / delete / create / etc on a FREE server.
im using this server at hte moment.
http://cpanel.serversfree.com/

i found this :
http://www.flash-db.com/Tutorials/upload/

and its not working on my server...

i was searching on the internet for over 2 days now, with no luck...
probably some of the tutorials would work if i choose the correct server.

all i need is a server for now, where i can upload / delete etc....

im using flash8 AS2

Its not working, is not realy a helpfull description.

What is not working?
Which errors do you receive?
Did you check the communication with http://www.charlesproxy.com/download/ Charles?
If yes, what does Charles say?
Which rights setting do you have at server side?
