News feed

Hello

I am very new to this so have very little knowledge od flash-db
I would like to create a scrollable news feed on my web page like the one on the main page of this site. How? or are there any good tutorials that can help me or can some one point me in the right direction.

I need very basic instruction

The news feed in this site read a textfile, so is just a dinamyc textbox with a scrollbar and a loadVars() object to load the variables. If you don't know hot to pass data to Flash, read http://www.flash-db.com/Board/index.php?board=19;action=display;threadid=3062
