can i put the source code straight into my maintimeline?

i'm working on my own PC. Know nuts about php or serverside script. I have read through the forum and understand that i need to download some sort of serverscript. So i downloaded from here: http://www.apache.org/dist/httpd/binaries/win32/ May i know what script is this.

I will be uploading my website mostly done in flash into http://portland.co.uk as you mention that the free host have to supported.

So my question is does all my step in doing so works???

I'm rushing for one of my project thus dun really have the time to read through the tutorial.

If it work, will the comment be flowing in as i dun on my Pc the whole day unlike those server computer that i know from companies that their computers are always on.

Miss out one more thing. after changing the color of the interface and resizing them will i still be able to use them without touching anything of the code?
