Description:

This web service has one method called convert and expects three parameters:

- source (xsd:string)
- from (xsd:string)
- to (xsd:string)

where source is the http link to the image file you whish to convert, from is the type of image you're providing for conversion (jpg, png, gif, bmp ...) and to is the type of image you want to convert to (jpg, png, gif, bmp, pdf ...)

As a result it returns another string (xsd:string) as a http link to the newly created file or an empty string on failure.

The provided image size may be up to 50K
